Entropy Funds VCC ("Entropy") is a Variable Capital Company ("VCC") under Singapore's Variable Capital Companies Act, serving as an umbrella entity for collective investment schemes.

 

It has been granted the Section 13O tax exemption by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS"), which exempts qualifying income and capital gains from tax.

 

This exemption effectively renders the vehicle tax-free for the asset classes in which Entropy's funds invest.
